Duties Assist with landscape maintenance activities including mowing, edging, pruning, and planting to keep grounds looking pristine. Operate power tools such as trimmers, blowers, and lawnmowers safely and efficiently to complete daily tasks. Support irrigation system setup, inspection, and repair to ensure proper watering of lawns and gardens. Perform routine lawn care duties like fertilizing, aerating, and weed control to promote healthy growth. Conduct regular inspections of the grounds for hazards or maintenance needs and report issues promptly. Assist with seasonal clean-up efforts including leaf removal, debris collection, and mulching to prepare grounds for different weather conditions. Qualifications Basic knowledge of landscaping practices, gardening techniques, or horticulture is preferred but not required; a willingness to learn is essential. Experience with hand tools and power tools used in outdoor maintenance is a plus. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and working outdoors in various weather conditions. Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to grounds upkeep and safety. Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude and eagerness to contribute to a collaborative environment. Prior experience in lawn care or landscape maintenance is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
