PAY RANGE

Starting at $19/hour, pay range is based on experience.

SHIFT:

This is Monday through Friday.

ROLE SUMMARY

Riverview is seeking a reliable and diligent Crew Member to join our growing business in landscaping. As a Crew Member, you will work on a variety of projects including lawn maintenance, planting, hardscaping, irrigation, and seasonal cleanups. You will support crew leaders and supervisors to complete daily assignments safely and efficiently.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform general landscaping tasks such as mowing, edging, weeding, pruning, mulching, and planting. Operate hand tools and power equipment including trimmers, blowers, lawn mowers, and chainsaws. Follow safety guidelines and wear proper personal protective equipment (PPE). Load/unload materials and equipment at job sites. Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools, vehicles, and job sites. Work as part of a team to complete projects on time and to quality standards. Communicate effectively with crew leaders and follow daily instructions.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Prior landscaping or outdoor labor experience preferred but not required—willing to train the right candidate. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Physical stamina to perform manual labor including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, kneeling, and bending for extended periods. Punctual, dependable, and able to work well in a team environment. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred. Must be authorized to work in the United States Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
