Entry-level landscape maintenance worker who's ready to learn commercial equipment operation, plant identification, and professional maintenance techniques. This is NOT a job where you just push a mower around

MUST HAVE

(Non-Negotiable) Live within 20 miles of Ixonia or Neosho

• long commutes don't work for 7am starts Valid driver's license Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout the day Willingness to work outdoors in all weather (heat, cold, rain) Reliable attendance
• able to start at 7:00am every day Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced crew members NO experience required

WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO

Operate walk-behind mowers, string trimmers, edgers, and blowers under supervision Mow, trim, edge, and blow off commercial properties to company standards Load/unload equipment from trucks and trailers Clean work areas, remove debris, maintain neat job sites Follow Crew Lead direction and maintain safe work habits Learn equipment operation, plant identification, and maintenance techniques Clean and organize equipment at end of each day
