First shift, Monday

• Friday 10:00 am

RESPONSIBILITIES

Daily clean interior and exterior areas of the facility Perform additional seasonal cleaning assignments Remove trash and debris from the property Shovel, plow or use a snowblower to remove snow in the winter and salt walkways to keep areas safe Mow the lawn with riding or push mowers Trim and edge around trees, shrubs, ground cover, flowers, sidewalks, and buildings Weed, thin, and clean flower beds and other areas by hand or utilize proper tools Fertilize and mulch lawns, trees, flowers, and shrubs Maintain turf and irrigation Operate trucks, lifts, and power tools Conduct irrigation audits and repairs

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Must be able to work independently and have initiative Previous landscaping or groundskeeping experience preferred Required to stand for long periods Will engage in frequent bending, squatting, pushing, and pulling Comply with safety standards and always wear protective gear Must be able to work in various weather conditions Knowledge of necessary tools and equipment Surge hires for a variety of top jobs in the area.
