Job Skills / Requirements Grounds Technician- $18/hr. 1st Shift (7am-3:30pm) Monday-Friday•Must be able to work weekends•Must have valid Drivers License
SUMMARY:
Maintain the grounds fleet (mowers, UTV's, etc.) at client site in the southwest region of the United States. Supervise and perform daily, specialty tasks such as scheduling repairs, maintenance, operations and performing PMs.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
include the following (other duties may be assigned): The primary responsibility of the Mechanic is to direct daily maintenance related to the grounds equipment. Essential aspects of this position include: Plans, oversees and performs equipment maintenance operations. Supports grounds manager by monitoring budget for labor hours and material purchases. Performs routine, frequent grounds inspections. Plans and monitors preventive maintenance program for all grounds related equipment. Ability to operate motor vehicles, lift/move equipment, materials, supplies and tools; wear protective clothing as required by client andpany. Keep a daily log to notate issues and progress during the year. Keep all logs up to date. Perform safety training. Required to follow allpany, client, and regulatory agency policies.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

EXPERIENCE
2 years of experience in performing grounds maintenance.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divides in all units of measure, using whole numbers,mon fractions, and decimals. Ability topute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to monsense understanding to conduct detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Must have a valid state Driver's License.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
