Groundskeeper The Groundskeeper is responsible for assisting the Grounds team in all the daily tasks regarding the upkeep of the overall appearance of our resort grounds. They are responsible in assisting with all duties such as the landscaping, hardscaping, and cleaning of property. Job Duties GENERAL Complete assignments given by Grounds Manager and Assistant Manager such as, but not limited: Grass cutting, weed whacking, mulching, blowing, leaf removal, etc. Tree care and shrub work Roads and pathways Water drainage Underground main water and gas lines Install water sports and docks, maintain beach sand Garden - work with gardener on needs Firewood Installation of fall and winter décor Landscape and Hardscaping Garbage pick-up Snow removal Reviews requests on Microsoft To-Do to ensure all tasks are complete Communicates inventory needs of equipment, tools, and supplies to Grounds Manager and Assistant Manager Requirements High School Diploma or GED Grounds experience Complete all daily assigned tasks given from owners and Grounds Management Candidate must be extremely clean, organized, and reliable Candidate must have excellent communication skills and the ability to problem-solve Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Pay:

$23.00 - $25.00 per hour
