Groundskeeper Lakefront Properties

1st Choice Companies is looking for a reliable, outdoors-loving individual to help maintain beautiful lakefront homes and properties on a part-time basis. If you enjoy working with your hands, being around the water, and keeping landscapes looking pristine, this could be the perfect flexible opportunity for you!

What You'll Do:

Mowing, trimming, and edging lawns Maintaining flower beds, shrubs, and landscaping Raking, blowing, and debris removal (especially important during fall) Light property maintenance (weeding, mulching, minor clean-up) Seasonal tasks: spring clean-up, fall leaf removal, and basic winter prep Ensuring properties have that "magazine-ready" lakefront curb appeal

Hours & Schedule:

Part-time:

12-25 hours per week (flexible, mostly mornings or early afternoons) Primarily weekdays with occasional weekend work during peak seasons Hours can vary with weather and property needs

What We're Looking For:

Experience with lawn care, landscaping, or grounds maintenance (preferred but not required) Ability to operate mowers, string trimmers, blowers, and basic hand tools Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Strong attention to detail and pride in your work Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all seasons Trustworthy with a positive, professional attitude

Compensation:
