Job Description

Overview Join our dedicated team as a Group Home Manager and lead the delivery of compassionate, high-quality care in a supportive residential environment. In this vital role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure residents receive personalized care, and foster a safe, welcoming community for individuals with diverse needs. Your leadership will inspire staff, coordinate services, and uphold the highest standards of adult foster care. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of residents while managing a dynamic team. •Pay range is open to negotiation depending on years of experience Duties Oversee the day-to-day operations of the group home, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and organizational policies Supervise staff members, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to promote a motivated and competent team Manage budgets, control expenses, and oversee resource allocation to maintain efficient home operations Coordinate with plan developers to ensure proper safety monitoring, behavioral responses, and health guidelines are being followed Foster a safe environment by conducting regular safety checks, incident reports, and emergency response planning. Support residents' social engagement and community integration through activities and outings aligned with their interests and abilities Maintain regular scheduled provided to staff with at least 2 weeks notice Complete bi-weekly payroll duties Requirements At least 1 Year demonstrated supervisory or management experience within group homes or community-based care environments Strong understanding of the mental health field and behavioral support Knowledge of medication administration protocols and healthcare regulations governing residential care facilities Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff and build cohesive teams Financial acumen for budgeting, resource management, and operational planning Compassionate attitude with excellent communication skills to engage residents, families, and healthcare providers effectively Organizational skills required to maintain an efficient agenda used to multitask the needs of staff, clients and workload Demonstrating strong attention to details to maintain excellent documentation and communication standards Join us in creating a nurturing environment where residents thrive!
