Job Description

Your Job Molex is growing its Power & Signal Business Unit (PSBU) and seeking a growth minded Group Product Supervisor to lead our existing Low Power product portfolio. The Group Supervisor manages, coaches and develops multiple Product Managers while driving strategic direction. You will act as a focal point for market and customer knowledge, forecasts, commercialization and portfolio management, while managing priorities and escalations of the product management function. Our Team Established in 1938, Molex delivers comprehensive electronic solutions for various markets, including data communications, telecommunications, consumer electronics, industrial, automotive, commercial vehicle, aerospace and defense, medical, and lighting. The Group Product Supervisor will support our Power & Signal Business Unit, specifically low power interconnect. What You Will Do Lead, coach, and develop a team of Product Managers and Associate Product Managers, setting clear expectations, priorities, and performance goals. Own the product portfolio strategy, ensuring alignment with business unit objectives, market trends, and customer requirements. Provide guidance on product extension priorities, lifecycle management, and portfolio optimization to drive profitable portfolio growth and long‑term competitiveness. Collaborate with sales and marketing leaders to strengthen value propositions, pricing strategies, and commercialization plans across the portfolio. Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for product performance, margin, growth, and execution excellence. Act as an escalation point for complex customer engagements, support strategic accounts, pricing decisions, and solution development. Partner with engineering and manufacturing leadership to evaluate capital expenditures, support technical projects, and ensure successful product launches. Interface with manufacturing plants to support cost reduction initiatives, capacity planning, and quality improvements at a portfolio level. Drive continuous improvement in product management processes, tools, and best practices across the team. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Experience managing direct reports, including leading, mentoring, and coaching, building bench strength, and elevating capability across the team Demonstrated capability to own and drive portfolio‑level financial performance, including multi‑line pricing strategy, margin improvement, capital trade‑offs, and investment prioritization Experience overseeing product lifecycle management across multiple product lines, including roadmap alignment and portfolio rationalization Demonstrated expertise working with distributors and customers directly to establish VOC and developing a product strategy around that with respective teams Strong track record of driving cross‑functional alignment, resolving systemic issues, and ensuring consistent execution across multiple programs, sites, or teams Experience synthesizing market trends, customer insights, and competitive dynamics across product lines to inform portfolio strategy and guide product prioritization Experience influencing decision‑making across functions and organizational levels, balancing short‑term execution with long‑term strategic outcomes Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with experience representing the product portfolio to senior customers, and internal stakeholders Willingness and ability to travel approximately 10-20% or more in support of customers, business engagement, and cross‑functional leadership Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related discipline What Will Put You Ahead Experience in wire to wire and wire to board interconnects Experience leading product portfolios in B2B or technically complex markets Background working with or managing global teams, sales channels and partner functions. This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship For this role, we anticipate paying $140,000 - $170,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
