Grout and Tile Technician

We are expanding our team and looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Tile Technicians . We have both part-time and full-time positions available.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience with tile installation, grout work, or related fields is required.
• A patient, friendly, and detail-oriented personality.
• Ability to follow procedures and respond to customer needs.

Requirements:

• Must have a cell phone .
• Clean appearance and professional demeanor.
• Ability to travel to customers' homes.
• Must speak English well.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or have a valid work visa.
• Clean driving record (MVR will be checked).
• A criminal background check is required.

Preferred Skills:

• Tile or grout experience.
• Experience with silicone caulks and various types of grouts.
• Knowledge of services like tile installation, re-grouting, re-caulking, grout cleaning, tile repair, or water damage repair.

What We Offer:

Flexible Hours:

Full-time (M-F 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM) or part-time options.

Hourly Pay:

Based on experience and skills.

• Company vehicle provided for full time technicians only after successful onboarding and with a good driving record.
• Company shirts provided.
