Position Summary The Grow & Processing Associate plays an important role in supporting both cultivation and post-harvest operations. This position is responsible for assisting with trimming dried cannabis flower, harvesting plants, maintaining clean and organized workspaces, and supporting the cultivation team with a variety of day-to-day tasks in a warehouse and grow facility environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who is hardworking, dependable, detail-oriented, and interested in building a long-term career in the cannabis industry. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, takes direction well, communicates effectively, and is comfortable working in both cultivation and processing environments. Key Responsibilities Report directly to the Processing Manager and/or Facility Manager Trim dried cannabis flower according to company quality standards Assist with plant harvest and all related post-harvest tasks Support the cultivation team with daily grow operations and facility needs Maintain a clean, sanitary, safe, and organized work environment Follow all standard operating procedures, safety guidelines, and compliance requirements Assist with movement of materials, products, and supplies throughout the facility Monitor work quality and ensure consistency in processing tasks Communicate clearly and professionally with managers and team members Support additional cultivation and processing duties as assigned Qualifications Must hold an active badge with the Colorado Marijuana Enforcement Division Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 40 pounds Ability to read, understand, and follow operating procedures and instructions Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Good problem-solving skills and ability to work efficiently Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment Dependable, hardworking, and able to take direction well Interest in cannabis cultivation, harvesting, and processing Prior cannabis, cultivation, warehouse, or production experience is preferred, but not required Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods of time Ability to perform repetitive tasks with consistency and accuracy Comfortable working in a warehouse and cultivation environment Ability to bend, reach, lift, and move throughout the workday Why Join High Country Cones Work for an established, award-winning cannabis company Join a team focused on quality, consistency, and professionalism Supportive, team-oriented work environment
