Job Description

We are looking for a grower who is bilingual with good management skills to assist the direction of labor crews in all facets of growing, including planting and maintenance. Applicant must have 3-5 years experience in the industry of ornamental horticulture in California, preferably in wholesale production. Retail experience is a plus! General computer proficiency is required.
