Job Description

Growth Director
  • Community Partnerships & Patient Acquisition Lake in the Hills, IL Full-Time | In-Person | Base $50,000
  • 55,000 | OTE $85,000
  • 125,000+ The Opportunity Precise Chiropractic Center is building a regional multi-location Disc Clinic brand — the non-surgical authority for disc herniations, radiculopathy, stenosis, and chronic spinal conditions. This role owns local patient acquisition for our Lake in the Hills clinic, with a direct growth path into Regional Director as additional locations launch. Base salary of $50,000
  • 55,000. Monthly performance bonuses tied directly to new patient starts and revenue you generate. On-target earnings of $85,000
  • 125,000+ for high performers.
This is not a desk role. You will be out in the community, in front of people, building relationships that convert to patients. What You'll Own Your primary measure of success: growing new qualified patient starts from ~30/month to 60+/month through community presence, corporate partnerships, and relationship-driven outreach.
Day-to-day this means:
Building and working a pipeline of corporate lunch-and-learns, spinal screenings, SoftWave demos, and health talks Attending and networking at chamber events, employer functions, and community gatherings — regularly, not occasionally Personally presenting health talks and leading screenings (training and coaching provided) Developing long-term referral relationships with employers, gyms, business owners, and community organizations Tracking ROI on every initiative and reporting weekly on leads, shows, starts, and revenue impact Coordinating patient testimonials, Google reviews, and authority content with the clinical team Who This Role Is Built For You have a proven track record of driving growth through face-to-face relationship building — not just executing campaigns from behind a desk. The strongest candidates will come from: Chiropractic, physical therapy, or healthcare clinic sales or marketing Pharmaceutical or medical device sales with a strong community-facing component Gym, wellness studio, or fitness brand sales and membership growth B2C sales environments where you personally owned a revenue number and hit it What all of these have in common: you've walked into rooms you weren't invited to, built relationships from scratch, and have a result you can point to with a number attached. This Role Is NOT for
You If:
Your sales experience is transactional or account-based with no community outreach component You've built a sales career calling on hospitals, systems, or offices — but have never built local grassroots relationships You are a recent graduate without a multi-year professional track record of owned results You're looking for structured daily direction rather than ownership of an outcome You need a high guaranteed salary regardless of performance Required Experience 3+ years in a growth, sales, or outreach role within healthcare, wellness, fitness, or high-ticket B2C services Demonstrated, verifiable experience with in-person community outreach, corporate partnerships, or local events — this is the non-negotiable Comfortable with public speaking, cold relationship-building, and consistent follow-through Data-literate — you understand ROI, lead attribution, and can report clearly on what's working Local to the northwest suburbs with a network you can activate is a strong plus Bonus Skills Meta Ads and Google Ads analytics Email/SMS marketing platforms GA4 or performance dashboard reporting
Compensation & Growth Base:
$50,000
  • 55,000 (based on experience)
OTE:
