As an integral part of our kitchen operations, you will bring energy, precision, and passion to every dish you prepare. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a strong background in food preparation, culinary techniques, and food safety to showcase their skills in a fast-paced, fine dining environment. Your expertise will contribute to delivering exceptional dining experiences and maintaining the highest standards of quality and presentation. Duties Prepare and cook menu items efficiently during morning shifts, ensuring all dishes meet quality standards and presentation expectations Assist with menu planning by preparing ingredients and suggesting improvements based on culinary experience Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering strictly to food safety protocols Handle food with care, following proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene Support catering and special event meal preparations, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality dishes Use knife skills expertly for chopping, slicing, dicing, and portioning ingredients accurately Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and excellent food service delivery Qualifications Proven experience in dietary department or dietary aide roles is highly desirable Strong background in food industry settings such as restaurants or catering services Demonstrated culinary experience with a focus on fine dining or upscale food service environments Excellent food preparation, cooking, and meal assembly skills Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques Skilled in menu planning and ingredient management for efficient kitchen workflow Proficient in using knives safely and effectively for various prep tasks Previous kitchen experience in a fast-paced restaurant or food service setting preferred Ability to work morning - afternoon shifts with energy, attention to detail, and a positive attitude Join us to elevate your culinary career while delivering memorable dining experiences!
