This position allows GRS to keep production techs on production tasks rather than being pulled to repair and or do PM work on all equipment inside the GRS production shop for generation repair and services. Job Overview Employees in this role actively maintain, update, and support facility maintenance activities. Job Duties & Responsibilities Basic HVAC maintenance Basic plumbing maintenance Basic lighting and electrical, non-certification Grounds maintenance with use of small tractor, lawn mower and hand-tools, weed removal and landscaping Forklift operation for load and unload of material and equipment Basic facility maintenance; drywall repair, painting, labeling, floor scrubbing using mechanical floor scrubber, power washing Facility maintenance supply ordering, receiving and storage Maintain shared equipment, conduct safety checks and inspections Coordinate, schedule and contract coordinate with all vendors for facility services Performs other job-related duties as assigned Required Qualifications High School Grad /

GED Experience:
