Guest Chef Residency:
Monthly Supper Club SeriesAbout GeshmakGeshmak partners with standout restaurants and independent culinary talent to create unique, high-quality dining experiences. Our focus is on unlocking underutilized restaurant capacity and pairing it with chefs who want to showcase their cuisine, build a following, and run their own service without the overhead of opening a full-time restaurant.The OpportunityWe re seeking independent chefs to participate in a rotating monthly supper club series hosted at an upscale, fully built-out restaurant.

You bring the food, the team, and the vision...We provide the stage.
MUST HAVESExperience creating an original menu and multi-course prix fixe conceptsA reasonably strong following that you could reach out to for ticket sales.
Both Geshmak and the restaurant will do our part to promote the events, but the onus is on the Chef to drive salesYou would need to be able to sell -- AT MINIMUM! -- 16-18 tickets.
The Event can't happen unless there are a total of 26 guests or more, so be sure to factor that in (price of tickets is up to you, but generally we've been seeing anywhere from $70pp to $250pp.-- if you're pricing your tickets @ $250 and only sold 12 tickets we could do something with that.•Additional Benefits•ticket sales permitting we intend to have a Jazz pianist come in to amp up the experience for repeat guest potential that can be built onGeshmak and Amarone will do everything possible to promote the event. Amarone will contribute with announcement menu inserts and table tops for maximum exposure. They will also make the announcement on their website and send email blasts to their best customers.
Geshmak supplies all marketing materials (nothing will be put out there without your approval and contribution to the end-product. All of this is at no cost to you.•Last thing•
IF YOU ARE A HIGHLY SKILLED CHEF AT A MASTER
LEVEL...our marketing team will lend their strategy to help you slowly grow to 50-60 guests....I can work with a James Beard or Michelin-nod that can only sell 5 tickets. I definitely want to hear from you if you're interested in switching it up and having a platform to showcase the best of your culinary creations...when the food is amazing, the number of tickets sold will slowly build each rotation (via repeat business, word of mouth, etc)Similar jobs in Issaquah, WA
