This is a part-time role averaging 10-15 hours per week, with the opportunity to pick up additional hours as available. Shifts are primarily evenings and weekends, and we are hiring for both our Plymouth and St. Louis Park locations!

What You'll Do:

✅ Be the first and last impression, greet every guest with warmth & professionalism ✅ Build meaningful connections with our guests by understanding their needs and preferences, ensuring every interaction feels personal and memorable ✅ Create a 5-star experience for every single guest ✅ Upsell services & recommend add-ons to enhance the guest's results ✅Promote our membership options to help guests incorporate massage therapy into their wellness routines ✅ Ensure every guest pre-books their next visit for consistency & retention ✅ Follow up via calls & texts—build lasting client relationships ✅ Track & exceed daily, weekly & monthly sales goals—be a revenue driver ✅ Encourage 5-star reviews & referrals to grow our guest base ✅ Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk & studio space ✅ Foster a motivating, high-energy environment, be the team's biggest cheerleader!
