Job Description

Job Overview:
Ridgeline Management is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Guest Service Agent. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience during their stay. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, both in person and over the phone
  • Check-in and check-out guests efficiently, ensuring accurate information is obtained
  • Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and reservations
  • Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
  • Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
Hours:
  • Second shift: 3pm
  • 11pm
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel operations is preferred, but not required
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling guest information
  • Bilingual language skills are a plus
