In this pivotal role, you will be the welcoming face of our hotel, delivering exceptional guest experiences through attentive service, efficient operations, and warm hospitality. Your energy and professionalism will set the tone for guests' stay, ensuring they feel valued, comfortable, and eager to return. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your customer service skills while working in a lively extended stay hotel environment that celebrates diversity and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression. Manage front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and guest inquiries. Handle multi-line phone systems with courteous phone etiquette, addressing guest needs promptly. Assist guests with room assignments, special requests, and providing information about hotel amenities and local attractions. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences. Conduct night audits as needed to reconcile daily transactions and maintain accurate records. Resolve guest concerns efficiently by listening carefully and offering effective solutions to enhance guest satisfaction. Maintain detailed logs of guest interactions, requests, and feedback to improve service quality. Promote hotel services. Be a brand advocate. Uphold hospitality standards by demonstrating professionalism, positive attitude, and attention to detail at all times. Qualifications Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a hospitality setting is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Multilingual abilities or bilingual proficiency are highly desirable for engaging diverse guests effectively. Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is advantageous. Experience with night audit procedures or resort operations is a plus. Excellent communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette and guest relations. Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. A background in hospitality management or hotel experience will help you excel in this energetic role.
