Cobblestone Overview The Cobblestone Hotel & Suites is situated at the corner of Main Street and 3rd Street in downtown Mosinee, WI. We are an upper-midscale hotel chain looking to provide "Big City Quality, Small Town Values…" to all of our guests. Job Summary We are seeking a personable, team-oriented Guest Services Representative to join our staff. Your enthusiasm for hospitality and commitment to excellence will help create memorable stays for our guests. While prior reception, phone, and cleaning experience may be appreciated, we are happy to train motivated individuals for this position. Shift(s) The shift times are 7:00am-3:00pm . Team members may also work in half-shifts split with another coworker. We are looking to hire either a couple part-time candidates or one full time candidate. Shift duties include, but may not be limited to: Responsibilities Answer phones and take reservations Check guests in and out on an internet-based reservation system Greet guests warmly and attend to their needs Maintain cleanliness and organization in public areas Wash, dry, and fold laundry Assist in breakfast and beer lounge Balance cash drawer Collaborate with other departments Confidentiality Stock and organize supplies Meet brand standards Report to work punctually, dressed in full uniform, and well-groomed Skills Customer service Basic math skills Basic computer skills Problem-solving Multitasking Verbal communication Reading comprehension Accuracy Organization Stand for extended periods of time

Pay:

$13.00 - $14.00 per hour
