Job Description

Guest Services Associate Resort-Style HOA / Amenity & Parking Operations Position Summary The Guest Services Associate serves as the first point of contact for owners, guests, renters, and vendors at a resort-style homeowners association. This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service during guest check-in, issuing amenity wristbands and parking passes, verifying registration information, and assisting with general property and amenity inquiries. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Welcome owners, residents, and guests in a courteous and professional manner Verify guest registrations, reservations, and occupancy information Issue and track amenity wristbands and parking passes in accordance with HOA policies Explain community rules, amenity procedures, parking regulations, and resort guidelines Maintain accurate records of issued passes and guest activity Assist guests with directions, property information, and local recommendations Monitor compliance with amenity access policies and report violations or concerns Answer phones, emails, and guest questions promptly and professionally Coordinate with security, maintenance, housekeeping, and management staff as needed Handle minor guest concerns and escalate issues appropriately Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk/check-in area Support seasonal operations, special events, and peak occupancy periods Perform additional administrative or customer service duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Customer service, hospitality, front desk, resort, HOA, or property management experience preferred Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer proficiency, including email and reservation/property management systems Ability to multitask and remain professional during busy periods Cash handling or point-of-sale experience preferred Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends, holidays, and evenings Physical Requirements Ability to sit or stand for extended periods Occasional walking throughout property and amenity areas Ability to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally Ability to communicate clearly in person and by phone Manual dexterity sufficient for computer and office equipment use Work Environment Resort-style HOA and hospitality setting Frequent interaction with guests, residents, vendors, and staff Fast-paced environment during seasonal and holiday periods Indoor office/front desk setting with occasional outdoor duties Preferred Skills Conflict resolution and de-escalation abilities Attention to detail and accuracy Friendly and professional appearance Knowledge of HOA or vacation rental operations is a plus Job Type Full-Time / Part-Time /
