Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Guest Service Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills and a passion for hospitality, as you will assist guests with their inquiries, reservations, and any special requests during their stay. Duties Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression. Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently. Respond to guest inquiries via phone and in-person with professionalism and courtesy. Manage reservations, including changes and cancellations, while maintaining accurate records. Provide information about local attractions, and services available to guests. Assist with night audit duties as required, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded. Address guest complaints or concerns promptly and effectively to ensure satisfaction. Maintain knowledge of policies and procedures to provide accurate information to guests. Qualifications Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred. Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for this role. A background in hospitality management is beneficial but not required. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
