Guest Services Representative

The Guest Service Represenative's primary responsibility is to ensure award winning guest satisfaction by providing a professional and courteous arrival and departure. Guest Services is also responsible for providing The Copper King Hotel & Convention Center's efficient and effective service level as a means to maximize the guest experience. Customer service experience is preferred, but not required.
