Job Description
Marietta Toyota | Marietta, GA Marietta Toyota is looking for a professional, dependable, and customer-focused Guest Services Representative to join our showroom team. This position is much more than answering phones — you are the first impression of our dealership. From welcoming guests to helping maintain a smooth and organized showroom experience, our Guest Services team plays a major role in delivering the level of hospitality and professionalism that has helped Marietta Toyota serve the community since 1975. We are looking for someone who enjoys helping people, stays positive in a fast-paced environment, communicates professionally, and takes pride in being reliable and detail-oriented. What You'll Do Welcome and greet every guest with a friendly, professional attitude Answer incoming phone calls courteously and direct calls appropriately Check customers into our CRM system accurately Assist with showroom traffic management and guest communication Support the sales team with administrative and reporting tasks Help maintain a clean, organized, guest-ready showroom environment Monitor guest activity and communicate effectively with managers and staff Complete opening and closing Guest Services responsibilities Assist with dealership logs, reports, loaner paperwork, and internal processes Protect confidential customer information and follow safeguard procedures This Role Is a

Monday•Saturday:
8:00 AM•8:00PM Sunday:
