Position Overview The Guest Services Team Member is responsible for providing excellent customer service while helping maintain the overall cleanliness, safety, and organization of the facility. This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail, teamwork, professionalism, and the ability to follow company procedures and standards. Responsibilities Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner Assist guests with admissions, waivers, attractions, and general questions Maintain cleanliness throughout the facility at all times Clean tables, attractions, play areas, bathrooms, party rooms, café areas, and common spaces Follow all company SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), safety procedures, and cleaning protocols Organize supplies, inventory, and workstations Monitor attractions and help maintain a safe environment for guests Work closely with management and other team members to ensure smooth operations Assist with opening and closing procedures Handle responsibilities with urgency, professionalism, and accountability Requirements Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to follow directions and company procedures carefully Strong cleaning and organizational skills are required Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout shifts Must work well in a team environment Weekend and evening availability preferred Drug screening and background check are mandatory for employment consideration Preferred Qualities Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to stay productive without constant supervision Attention to detail and cleanliness Professional appearance and behavior Experience in hospitality, entertainment, food service, childcare, or customer service is a plus Why Join Dreamland Galaxy?
