Job Description

Private Guitar & Piano Teacher About the Role We're looking for a guitar and piano teacher who genuinely enjoys working with students one-on-one. This role is all about building connections, keeping lessons engaging, and helping students grow at their own pace. You'll be working with a mix of ages and skill levels from total beginners to more experienced players so flexibility, patience, and a love for teaching really matter here.
Pay:
$28-$32 per hour (based on experience) What You'll Do Teach one-on-one guitar and/or piano lessons tailored to each student Adjust your teaching style based on the student's age, goals, and learning style Help students build strong fundamentals while keeping lessons fun and engaging Give clear, encouraging feedback so students stay motivated and confident Suggest practice routines that actually work for the student's schedule Help students prepare for recitals, auditions, or just playing for fun Keep simple notes on progress and stay in touch with parents or adult students What We're Looking For Experience teaching guitar and/or piano (private lessons preferred) A solid understanding of music fundamentals and technique Someone who's patient, reliable, and easy to communicate with Comfortable working with kids, teens, and adults Able to keep students engaged not just technically improving, but enjoying the process A genuine passion for music and teaching Why This Role Is Great This is a great fit if you enjoy teaching in a more personal setting where you can really see your students grow over time. Pay:
$28.00 - $30.00 per hour
