• Part-time Cardinal Gymnastics is looking for energetic, child-focused individuals to join our team!

We offer recreational gymnastics for boys and girls of all ages and abilities, as well as a competitive Women's program featuring USAG Xcel and Developmental Programs. We are currently seeking experienced coaches for immediate hire, with a specific focus on our competitive teams.

Current Openings Competitive Coaches:

High priority for Xcel Silver & Gold and Developmental Level 4 .

Recreational Instructors:

Talented coaches who love working with kids of all skill levels.

Support Staff:

Birthday Party Instructors and Substitute Instructors (perfect for those looking for flexible, occasional hours).

Major Duties Class Management:

Lead and instruct groups of 4-10 students safely and effectively.

Preparation:

Handle the setup and breakdown of equipment before and after classes.

Administration:

Maintain accurate attendance records.

Environment:

Foster a fun, enthusiastic, and punctual atmosphere for all athletes.

Qualifications Age:

Must be 18 years or older.

Experience:

Technical experience is required. This can include professional coaching, volunteer work, or a background as a formal athlete in gymnastics.
