This role focuses on coaching XCEL levels (Bronze through Gold) and intermediate optional levels (Level 6-8), helping athletes progress through strong fundamentals, consistent skill development, and a positive, high-energy environment. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about teaching proper technique, fostering confidence, and inspiring athletes to reach their personal goals.
