Compensation & Earning Potential:

Base Pay:

$17.87/hour

Total Earning Opportunity:

With tips and cutting bonuses, stylists can earn competitive pay ($20-$30+/hour or more) based on performance, experience, and guest volume - in line with or above many local salons.

Sign-On Bonus:

Up to $500

Pay Options:

Choose daily pay or weekly pay (every Friday) • Actual earnings vary by hours worked, individual performance, and client demand.
