Grow Into a Crew Leader Role We are hiring painters who work hard, take pride in their work, and want to grow with us. Cooley Brothers Painting has painted homes in the South Bay for over 15 years. We give every job a warranty of up to 5 years. That is one of the longest in the business. Our work lasts that long because our painters care about doing it right. If you take pride in clean lines, good prep, and leaving a home looking great, we want to meet you. What You Will Do Show up to the job on time, in uniform, ready to work. Prep the surface the right way. Sand, scrape, caulk, fill, and mask. Good prep is what makes the paint last. Paint with brushes, rollers, and sprayers. Know which one to use for each job. Protect the homeowner's floors, furniture, and plants like they are your own. Mix and match colors the right way. Keep your tools clean and your truck in order. Talk with your crew leader so the day goes smooth and the job stays on time. You will work in people's homes. Sometimes the family is still living there. So we ask you to dress clean, speak clean, and be the kind of person a homeowner feels good having in their home. What You Bring You have real experience painting homes. You can point to work you are proud of. You know how to prep the right way. You do not cut corners, even when no one is looking. You are reliable. When you say you will be there at 7 AM, you are there at 6:50. You work clean. You work steady. You do not need someone watching you to keep going. You listen to your crew leader. You help the newer painters without making them feel bad. You want to get better. Better at cutting in. Better at spraying. Better at running a wall. You want a real job to grow in. Not just a paycheck. You have a valid driver's license and a truck or car that runs. OSHA 10 is a plus, or you are willing to get it. You are comfortable on ladders and on your feet all day.
