This is a great opportunity for someone with an open schedule who is experienced in general plumbing, electrical work, and home repairs. Responsibilities Perform minor plumbing repairs (e.g., fixing leaks, snaking drains, unclogging toilets) Conduct basic electrical work (e.g., replacing switches, installing light fixtures, replacing fuses) Patch and repair drywall and wall holes Repair or replace door frames, and change locks General property upkeep and troubleshooting maintenance issues Respond promptly to service requests from clients or management. Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety regulations and standards. Attend utility appointments and inspections as needed Conduct property pre-inspections to ensure units meet company and Section 8 standards Skills Previous experience in general maintenance, renovation or handyman work General knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems Ability to troubleshoot and resolve common household issues Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Must have access to tools and reliable transportation Must be punctual, professional, and able to work independently

Compensation:

$25/hour Paid weekly
