Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment safely and effectively. Experience Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar maintenance role. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general repairs. Ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently and provide practical solutions. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Good communication skills to coordinate with team members or clients effectively.
