Are you a skilled handyman looking for a live-in position? We are seeking a reliable, proactive, and skilled individual or couple. This is a unique opportunity to live on-site while managing the maintenance and upkeep of a lake home on beautiful Lake Winnipesaukee, NH. If you are handy, organized, and enjoy solving problems, this could be the perfect role for you!

Key Responsibilities :

Performing gardening, planting, pruning, weeding, watering, etc. Performing general maintenance and repair tasks for the property Handling basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting jobs Ensuring the property is well-maintained Managing occasional upgrades or renovations Troubleshooting and fixing any household issues that arise Performing seasonal tasks, like lawn care and snow removal Maintain a clean and safe living environment

Requirements :

Proven experience in gardening, general maintenance, basic plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor Must be able to live on-site Valid driver's license

Benefits :

On-site accommodation: One bedroom Lake View apartment, all utilities included as well as on-site parking. Perfect opportunity for a single person or couple. $25-30/hr. based on experience. Hours to be determined/as needed.

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
