Your Responsibilities:

Perform general maintenance and repairs on buildings, including drywall installation and repair, carpentry, and cabinetry work. Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and impact. Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address potential issues before they escalate. Collaborate with other tradespeople and contractors on larger projects, ensuring effective communication and coordination. Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each task. Qualifications Proven experience as a handyman or maintenance technician Strong skills in drywall, carpentry, and cabinetry Ability to work independently and efficiently Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and operate tools safety Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role, demonstrating a strong skill set in various maintenance tasks. Certification in a relevant trade or completion of a vocational training program related to handyman services. Skills The required skills in drywall, carpentry, and cabinetry are essential for executing a variety of repair and installation tasks effectively. Daily work will involve using these skills to ensure that all repairs are completed to a high standard, enhancing the overall quality of the properties. This position operates in a restaurant environment. Popeyes staff are frequently exposed to hot equipment, cleaning chemicals, and moderate noise levels. The role requires regular standing, bending, lifting, and reaching.
