• Full-time 4 Season Landscaping is a rapidly growing landscape and hardscape design-build company serving Harford County, Baltimore County, and surrounding areas.

We specialize in high-quality patios, retaining walls, walkways, drainage solutions, outdoor living spaces, grading, and complete property transformations. As our company continues to grow, we are expanding our crews, adding new trucks and equipment, and taking on larger projects throughout the area. We take pride in quality workmanship, professionalism, and building projects the right way the first time. Position Overview We are looking for motivated and dependable hardscape crew members to join our growing team. Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. You will work alongside our crew installing: Paver patios and walkways Retaining walls Outdoor living spaces Drainage systems Steps and landings Grading and site preparation Landscape installations Responsibilities Assist with excavation, grading, and site prep Install pavers, wall block, edging, and drainage systems Operate hand tools, compactors, saws, and equipment safely Load/unload materials and maintain clean job sites Follow company installation standards and directions from foremen Work efficiently as part of a team Maintain professionalism on customer properties Qualifications Hardscape or construction experience preferred Ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in all weather conditions Valid driver's license preferred Reliable transportation Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to show up on time and work full days Experience operating skid steers or equipment is a plus What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Overtime opportunities Growth opportunities within the company Steady work throughout the season Professional and team-oriented environment New trucks, equipment, and tools Opportunity to work on high-end outdoor projects Schedule Monday-Friday (overtime offered) Saturdays during busy season Typical start time: 7:15am
