What You'll Be Doing :

Lead and direct a hardscape installation crew Manage day-to-day progress on job sites Read blueprints and properly layout projects Build patios, retaining walls, water features, and outdoor spaces Communicate with management, crew members, and clients professionally Ensure quality workmanship, safety, and productivity Operate equipment and machinery when needed Work overtime and occasional weekends during busy season

Requirements:

3+ years of landscape / hardscape experience 2+ years of project leadership experience Valid driver's license Strong communication and leadership skills Physically capable of hands-on work Prefer to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Equipment operation experience preferred Reliable, motivated, and professional attitude
