Position Summary We're hiring a Hardscape Installation Foreman to lead the field execution of high-quality outdoor projects including patios, walkways, steps, retaining walls, and other landscape construction features. This role is a great fit for someone who takes pride in quality work, knows how to lead a crew, and can keep projects moving safely, efficiently, and on schedule. The right person will be dependable, safety-minded, organized, and committed to building projects the right way. What You'll Do

• Lead a crew to complete hardscape projects safely, efficiently, and with quality in mind
• Read site plans and translate them into clear field direction
• Run laser levels and verify layout, grade, pitch, and elevations
• Operate tracked equipment for excavation, grading, base prep, and material movement such as mini excavators and skid steers.
• Install patios, walkways, stairs, retaining walls, edging, and other hardscape features
• Oversee base prep, grading, and material installation to make sure work is done correctly
• Keep projects moving on time and communicate issues early
• Upload time, notes, and job tracking information into Synked Up each day
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite
• Work with project managers and crew members to keep projects on track
• Assist with snow and ice operations during the winter season, if needed What We're Looking For
• 3+ years of experience in hardscape or landscape construction
• Proven ability to lead a field crew and hold a high standard for workmanship
• Ability to read site plans and run laser levels accurately
• Experience operating tracked equipment safely and efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
• Good communication and problem-solving in the field
• Dependable, accountable, and team-oriented
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Valid driver's license
• Adherence to our zero-tolerance alcohol and drug policy
