Position Summary We're hiring a Hardscape Installer to help build high-quality outdoor spaces, including patios, walkways, steps, retaining walls, and other landscape construction features. This role is a great fit for someone who takes pride in physical work, cares about quality, works well with a team, and wants to grow with a company that holds a high standard. The right person will be dependable, safety-minded, and committed to clean, accurate installation work. What You'll Do

• Install patios, walkways, stairs, retaining walls, edging, and other hardscape features
• Assist with site layout, excavation, base prep, grading, and material installation
• Set and level pavers, stone, block, and other hardscape materials accurately
• Use hand tools, power tools, levels, compactors, saws, and other equipment safely
• Help load, unload, and stage materials, tools, and equipment each day
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite
• Follow and read plans, directions, and installation standards closely
• Work with crew leaders and teammates to keep projects moving efficiently
• Support general landscape construction work as needed
• Assist with snow and ice operations during the winter season, if needed What We're Looking For
• Experience in hardscape or landscape construction preferred
• Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work in all weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet throughout the day
• Experience using tools such as compactors, laser levels, and saws safely
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
