Job Overview:

The Hardware Operations Lead will be responsible for ensuring hardware reliability and managing escalations. This role involves leading L1/L2 teams, developing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and service level agreements (SLAs), and mentoring team members. Experience in AI data centers is preferred.

Responsibilities:

Own hardware reliability and manage escalations. Lead and mentor L1/L2 teams. Develop and implement SOPs and SLAs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational efficiency. Provide support for break/fix escalations.

Qualifications:

Experience with break/fix escalations. Proven ability to build and implement SOPs and SLAs. Strong leadership and mentoring skills. Preferred experience in AI data center operations. Backgrounds from companies like Amazon (L4 equivalent), Google, Oracle, Tesla (Dojo), or xAI are highly desirable.
