HCBS Treatment Coordinator/Direct Support Leadership

Overview We are seeking an experienced and motivated HCBS Treatment Coordinator to lead staff and ensure high-quality services for individuals receiving Home and Community-Based Services. This role focuses on compliance, staff development, and person-centered support. Key Responsibilities Supervise and support Treatment Supervisors and direct care staff Ensure compliance with HCBS state and federal regulations Oversee service delivery and documentation (ICP/OAP, progress notes, med logs, etc.) Conduct quality assurance checks in homes and office files Coordinate care including medical appointments, medications, and daily living supports Attend required meetings (ICP, annuals, 3-month reviews) Maintain communication with families, case managers, and providers Assist with staff training, coaching, and performance management Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field preferred OR High school diploma with 5+ years of experience in human services 1+ year supervisory experience preferred Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to pass background and abuse registry checks Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Skills & Requirements Knowledge of HCBS regulations Strong communication and leadership skills Crisis management and decision-making ability Computer proficiency Ability to obtain required certifications (CPR, Mandt, Medication Manager, etc.) Schedule Full-time On-call rotation required Benefits Health, dental, vision insurance Paid time off Paid training and certifications Career advancement opportunities Apply Today Join a team dedicated to making a difference in the lives of others.

Pay:

$60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
