This pivotal role involves overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations, from menu creation to food safety, ensuring the highest standards of quality and presentation. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for fine dining, extensive culinary expertise, and proven leadership abilities to inspire and manage a dynamic team. Responsibilities Lead the development and execution of innovative menus tailored to our restaurant's concept, ensuring a focus on quality, presentation, and customer satisfaction Supervise daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating, maintaining efficiency and consistency across all service periods Manage inventory control and food production processes to minimize waste while ensuring adequate stock levels for smooth service Oversee food safety standards and sanitation practices in compliance with health regulations, conducting regular inspections and training staff accordingly Coordinate catering events and banquet services, ensuring seamless execution from setup to service delivery Supervise, train, and motivate kitchen staff, fostering a positive team environment that encourages growth and excellence in culinary skills Oversee shift management, including scheduling, resource allocation, and performance evaluations to optimize productivity and staff morale Skills Extensive culinary experience with a strong background in fine dining environments Proven leadership skills with experience supervising diverse kitchen teams Expertise in menu planning, food preparation, and food service management Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and dietary department standards Experience managing inventory control and kitchen supplies efficiently Skilled in catering operations, banquet service, and large-scale food production (banquet experience preferred) Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead by example and foster teamwork within the culinary department Join us as our Head Chef to shape extraordinary culinary experiences through innovative menus, exceptional leadership, and unwavering dedication to quality.
