Schedule & Compensation Monday through Friday 9:00 AM-5:00 PM $55,000 annual salary Full-time, consistent weekday schedule Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations Prepare and oversee preparation of high-quality food Create and maintain recipes, menus, and food standards Manage and train kitchen staff Maintain proper food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards Monitor inventory and help control food costs Order food and kitchen supplies as needed Ensure proper portioning and consistent presentation Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen Work closely with management to ensure excellent customer service and food quality Qualifications Previous experience as an Executive Chef, Head Chef, or Kitchen Manager preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Knowledge of food safety and sanitation requirements Ability to manage a kitchen independently Organized, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Passion for food and creating a positive kitchen culture If you are a motivated chef looking for a stable Monday-Friday schedule and an opportunity to take leadership of a kitchen operation, we would love to hear from you!
