This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll drive food quality, menu innovation, and operational excellence. You'll be just as comfortable leading from the front, developing fresh, healthy, and creative menus that keep standards high in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.

This is a Monday-Friday role (7:00am-3:30pm, 40 hours), offering a great work-life balance.

Leading a full production kitchen in a busy staff dining environmentLeading the hospitality and events Delivering high-quality food at scaleSupporting and guiding a team Stepping in across all kitchen roles when requiredDriving menu development with a focus on healthy, innovative dishesMaintaining excellent food standards, consistency, and efficiencyWhat you need to succeed as a
Head Chef:
