The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in casual fast paced dining and catering, with the ability to manage kitchen operations efficiently while ensuring the highest standards of food quality and safety. This role requires a dynamic leader who can inspire and develop team members, oversee menu planning, and maintain inventory control. Responsibilities Lead the kitchen team in food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure high-quality dishes are served consistently. Develop and design innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends while catering to diverse dietary needs. Manage all aspects of kitchen operations including inventory management, food handling, and compliance with food safety regulations. Supervise and train kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth. Oversee banquet services and special events, ensuring seamless execution from planning through service. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, adhering to health and safety standards at all times. Collaborate with restaurant management to optimize food service operations and enhance guest satisfaction. Skills Extensive experience in the culinary field with a focus on fine dining and catering. Proven leadership skills with experience in team management and shift management. Strong background in food production, menu planning, and food service management. Proficient in inventory control and kitchen management practices. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices for food handling. Excellent communication skills with a focus on hospitality and guest relations. Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
