St. Joseph High School is currently looking for a Part-time Varsity Cheerleading Head Coach (as well as an Assistant Coach). This person will be responsible for practice planning, game-day performance, athlete development, and maintaining a positive, disciplined team culture. This coach will oversee all aspects of the varsity cheerleading program, including scheduling practices, choreography, conditioning, competition preparation, and sideline performance for football and basketball. The Head Coach will report directly to our Director of Athletics.

Requirements:

This role is part time and requires consistent availability during evenings and weekends, as practices, games, and competitions are held outside of standard school hours. Previous experience with cheer or dance is preferred. Previous coaching experience is preferred. Consistent availability primarily within the fall and winter are required.
