Head Custodian/Maintenance / 5 Years of Experience

Summary As the Head Custodian, you will oversee all custodial operations, ensuring a clean and safe environment for our facility. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, your core responsibilities will include managing janitorial staff, implementing cleaning protocols, and maintaining floor care standards. Your extensive janitorial and custodial experience will be essential in upholding our organization's cleanliness and hygiene standards. Additionally, your skills in facilities maintenance and industrial cleaning will enhance operational efficiency, making you a vital asset to our team. Join us in fostering a pristine and welcoming atmosphere for all. We are looking for a someone to take over the Lamonta Compound located in Prineville, OR . This contract is for the next 3 years and we are looking for someone motivated, responsible and able to micromanage on its own. The office cleaning included sweeping, mopping, dustin, trash disposal and other general cleaning services. Must have experience in active Janitorial services and have clean background for access. Services have to be provide 3 times per week on Tuesday

Qualifications Extensive janitorial and custodial experience in commercial settings Proficient in industrial cleaning techniques and floor care Strong knowledge of cleaning protocols and safety standards Experience in facilities maintenance and porter duties Ability to perform residential painting and buffing tasks as needed Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards
