The Head Girls' Wrestling Coach is responsible for various aspects of the Girls' Wrestling Program, such as recruiting within the school, training, and coaching team members.Essential Functions:

Essential duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following: Manage and supervise athletic activities, contests, and practice sessions, to promote individual growth in athletic skills, teamwork, discipline, respect, and good sportsmanship. Use a variety of instructional techniques and media to meet the needs and improve the abilities of student athletes in Girls' Wrestling. Coordinate the development, promotion and recruitment for the Girls' Wresling Program. Hold organizational meetings for team prospects and encourage potential athletes to participate in the Girls' Wresling program. Ensure all Girls' Wrestling coaches work together toward a common goal within the Girls' Wrestling program and provide unity within the youth community programs. Develop a regular practice schedule and organize practice time to provide both individual and team development. Assess players' skills and assign team positions. Determine game strategy based on the team's capabilities. Monitor and enforce student eligibility criteria for extracurricular participation. Encourage sportsmanlike conduct in all phases of athletic participation at all times. Take all necessary precautions to protect student athletes, equipment, and facilities. Maintain and secure all basketball equipment and uniforms. Oversee process of cleaning, repairing, and storing all athletic equipment. Maintain nondiscriminatory practices in all activities. Qualifications Experience as a coach is preferred. Must possess effective coaching techniques and skills. Must possess some knowledge of the rules, regulations, strategies, and techniques of the sport. Must possess the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with school administrators, parents, and students.Supervision Exercised:
