Job description About AppJaxx AppJaxx is a rapidly growing marketing agency that helps marketing agencies, franchisors, business brokers, and B2B service providers scale through LinkedIn lead generation, appointment-setting systems, and automated CRM processes. Our focus is on combining data, technology, and strategy to create predictable growth for our clients. As we continue to expand, we're looking for a Head of Finance to lead our financial strategy, strengthen financial systems, and ensure long-term profitability and stability. Position Overview The Head of Finance will oversee all financial operations, planning, and reporting while providing strategic financial guidance to support company growth. This role is critical in managing cash flow, forecasting, budgeting, and financial controls as AppJaxx scales. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on—someone who can build strong financial foundations, optimize profitability, and translate financial data into clear, actionable insights for leadership. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial reporting. Build and maintain scalable financial systems, controls, and processes to support company growth. Monitor company profitability, margins, and expenses, identifying opportunities for optimization and cost efficiency. Develop and track key financial metrics and KPIs to support data-driven decision-making. Oversee invoicing, collections, payroll coordination, and vendor payments to ensure healthy cash flow. Partner closely with Operations, Sales, and Leadership to align financial strategy with revenue and growth goals. Prepare financial reports and insights for leadership to support strategic planning and forecasting. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax requirements, and financial best practices. Support hiring, compensation planning, and resource allocation from a financial perspective. Foster financial discipline, transparency, and accountability across the organization.
