The Opportunity Our client delivers a tailored, hard services-led facilities management solution, combining in-house technical expertise with best-in-class partners. Alongside core FM and project delivery, they offer specialist services across ESG, workplace strategy, security consulting, and experience. As Head of Project Management , you'll play a key role in shaping project delivery strategy, leading teams, and ensuring operational and financial excellence. ???? What You'll Be Doing Leading, developing, and mentoring a team of project professionals Owning the full project lifecycle - from procurement through to execution and closeout Driving operational performance, efficiency, and delivery excellence Managing financial performance including P&L, cost control, and billing Identifying and mitigating project risks across complex programmes Collaborating cross-functionally to support wider business objectives Embedding best practice and continuous improvement across processes ? What We're Looking For 5-8 years' experience in project management within construction, FM, or related sectors Proven leadership experience managing and developing teams Strong commercial acumen with P&L responsibility Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Relevant qualifications (PMP, CCM, LEED AP) are a plus Highly organised with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset ????
