What You Will Do Lead financial planning and analysis efforts, driving strategic initiatives to support business growth and operational efficiency. Develop and implement robust financial models to forecast revenue and expenses, ensuring alignment with company objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights for decision-making. Oversee budgeting processes and variance analysis, identifying key drivers of financial performance. Manage a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Present financial reports and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders. Utilize advanced Excel skills to create complex financial analyses and reports that support strategic initiatives. Ideal Candidate Background 6+ years of experience in finance or financial planning and analysis, preferably within the healthcare sector. Proven track record of leadership in a finance role, with experience managing teams and projects. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic insights. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and modeling techniques. Preferred Experience in venture-backed environments or startups, particularly in the healthcare industry. Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in healthcare finance. An MBA or relevant advanced degree, enhancing strategic financial acumen. Compensation and Benefits The base salary for this role ranges from $170K to $250K, accompanied by competitive equity options.
